Tazza Tuesday...

What a little snuggle bug... Although you may be thinking what is that green thing?? Its a pickle and she loves it.  Her fabulous puppy sitter bought it for her.  You simply stuff it with treats and have hours of fun.  Its her new buddy and it goes everywhere with her (even to bed)!

Anyone who knows me, knows I love succulents... outside in the garden, in bouquets, and all around the house.  I really feel no differently about crazy cactus! Check out these beauties from my recent trip to AZ.

All that color and texture, what more could you ask for?? If only I could find some hardy cactus for our Northwest weather!

Its me... I'm back!

Soooo......

After breaking my ankle, my road to recovery was long and unmotivated.  It's very hard to paint, carry or hang anything in a boot.

Summer ended, but not without leaving behind these beauties.

Fall came next, with a feast and friends.

Christmas was busy but my decorations added some joy!

A trip to sunny AZ was next.  Can you believe these are from my Grandma's backyard?!?

When I arrived home, my house went into "detox". I was still lacking motivation about my current decor and projects so...

We rested....

And rested...

Got poked and encouraged by this lady!! (more on that to come)

Rested until we were sick of it... And then...

TADAHHH!!! I got this beauty, energy returns, life is getting good!! (more on that to follow)
